She is skilled at identifying, analyzing/assessing and mitigating risk events using root cause analysis.
Ms. McKoy has worked to mitigate loss resulting from failed or inadequate internal processes, people and systems. She has worked with external customers to ensure the existence of an adequate risk management framework and ensuring the appropriate lines of defense are in place to support the execution of risk management program. Ms. McKoy is an excellent strategist with a proven track record of successfully handling sensitive and high-profile adverse action matters involving major Fortune 500 companies.
Ms. McKoy has extensive experience in performing loan servicing and ensuring compliance with Freddie Mac’s reporting policies and contractual terms of business.
